Stella was found wandering the streets; she was so matted that her both hind legs were unable to bend completely due to the hair. She is between 8-10 years old, weighs 10 pounds, and is some kind of terrier, possibly a shi tzu. Due to her neglect, she has infections in her mouth (teeth) and in both ears, as well as chronic bronchitis, cataracts, and possible deafness. MARF is raising funds to cover the extensive and expensive oral surgery and veterinary care she needed.
Stella is currently in a loving foster home and will be available for adoption when she if fully recovered. Please help us help Stella if you can!
